1) Is there anything Super Time Saver won’t do?
We don’t buy illegal drugs.
But we will go to the pharmacy and pick up your prescription for you.
2) Can Super Time Saver hire professionals for us, such as a contractor?
Super Time Saver is happy to assist you in setting up appointments to interview contractors or other professions – however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to find someone to work with you nor can we guarantee their work.
3) Can you do more than one errand or service at a time?
ABSOLUTELY! Super Time Saver keeps time logs for each of our clients. We log in and out of each service we provide and then provide a total at the end of the service.
We work diligently and efficiently to ensure the best rates possible for our clients.
4) What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. Early morning, evening and weekend services are available and billed at a higher hourly rate. Super Time Saver services are avalibale during major holidays at a holiday rate
5) How much lead time is required to obtain services?
Super Time Saver desires a minimum 12-hour notice for all errand services but depending on availability, same day services may be possible. All services are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
6) What if I have to cancel the requested service?
Cancellation of services requires a minimum 24-HOUR NOTICE. All services cancelled without a minimum 24-HOUR NOTICE may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations may be made by phone or email.
7) How do you do grocery shopping? Do we have to make out a whole list for you? **
Super Time Saver has a grocery shopping list for you to complete that can be sent to you. After the first shopping trips we keep your list on file so subsequent trips only require updates.
8) Since we are entrusting you with personal information, can we ensure our privacy?
All information regarding Super Time Saver's clients are kept in the strictest confidence. Super Time Saver will not sell or exchange any information to outside services nor give out any information about our clients without their consent. Vendors/Service Providers will only be provided with information necessary to complete a specific task.
9) What do you do with our keys?
All keys are tagged and coded so if by chance any key is misplaced, your name and address remain safe. If we keep a key for you, it is kept separately from your personal information.
10) What if I need a service that is not listed?
NO PROBLEM! Just give us a call or email us and inquire if we can provide the service. If we can't, we will try to recommend someone who can!
